To assist our customers in monitoring and managing their business printing, we use market-leading technologies that allow them to optimise their printer fleets, reduce unnecessary printing, and encourage digital workflows. These technologies significantly reduce paper usage and waste.

Alongside the software, we have also chosen our hardware partners carefully. Partnering with Konica Minolta and Kyocera allows us to share their eco-messages with our customers. These manufacturers actively work to reduce their carbon footprint and have a strong sustainability message running through their veins. We operate on a demand consumable service that reduces wasted products, and all our customers are provided with an easy-to-use system to return their used cartridges for recycling.

One of the key initiatives to support the environment is our partnership with Print Releaf – who operate a global reforestation project that plants trees to offset the paper used by us and our clients.

Our print management software tracks how many pages our clients print and then calculates, based on paper consumption, how many trees were harvested and how much greenhouse gas was emitted. PrintReleaf will then plant a tree in a global reforestation area. This initiative not only compensates for your paper use but also promotes biodiversity across our planet.

You can even select where your tree is planted, which allows for a tangible connection to the reforestation message and ensures the environmental benefits of their efforts are spread worldwide.

Each client receives a detailed report on their paper consumption and the resulting number of trees that have been planted. This level of transparency allows you to see the direct impact of your newly sustainable printing process. You will also receive a certificate for each offset that is issued, and these Lifetime statements are continually updated.
